90% of Car Accidents in Boston are a Result of Drivers Avoiding Potholes

A recent Decent Community study (me driving the Decent Community Mobile through Boston and West down Storrow from MGH to the Fresh Pond Parkway in Cambridge every day) concluded that 90% of car accidents that occur in Boston are a result of drivers avoiding potholes or other disruptions in the surface of a roadway.
