One of Decent Community’s favorite holidays is National Wear a Fake Mustache to Work Day, not to be confused with another epic holiday, International Fake Moustache Day. So, if you consider yourself a fake and/or real mustache enthusiast you should embrace this day with open arms. Bring in the full week set and give them all out to your co-workers. Have an important meeting? No worries, everyone embraces National Wear a Fake Mustache to Work Day — show up void of hair on the upper lip and that’s grounds for dismissal!
I personally keep a Robert Goulet mask (God rest his soul) in my cube, which is fully equipped with eye and nose holes and I upgraded the standard 2 dimensional printed mustache with a real life fuzzy bruiser mustache for full effect (and respect) to the stache and the man (Again, GOD REST mother F-er. I miss you soo much!!!!) who, with a wink of the eye, a hum of a note, and flash of the infamous hairy upper lip, personified decency.
On Wednseday honor all those who sport the real thing by sticking some fake fuzz on your upper lip.
